Grace does not release you from accountability. It doesn’t get you off the hook for aligning with God.

There is a cost to becoming and you have to negotiate your cost!

In order to begin cultivating your identity in a new way, a way that aligns with who you intend to become, you need to look for your identity gaps.

You have to learn how to manage the moment because every moment that you manage makes you a match for the next moment.

The more your character is upleveled, the more your capacity is expanded and the more you can handle.

To leave solid ground of the familiar and go to the shaky ground of the new is a courageous act.

When you start to "become", you change, but the things around you remain the same.

We experience change as an exception instead of the rule. And because we experience change as an exception, it bothers us when there is change. Change is the Rule if you are going to commit to becoming. Expect turbulence when that process begins!
