Not what I expected
I was expecting some positive affirmations. The beginning gets me to sleep so that was geat. But, aftet that just heard music. For some reason I would wake up in chapter 4 so never got a full night of sleep.

Waste of time.
Seemed like a ripoff of other relaxation and sleep audibles. Boring. Got a Headache. Sending it back.

Hours and hours of music
Really don't understand this programme. A short hypnotherapy/relaxing talk at chapter 1. All remaining chapters are pure instrumental music, some chapters are 2 hours long. Unless I've missed something, please don't waste your money on this!
