overall very good.
overall it was done very well. I like how the story was split between two perspectives. it ended a bit abruptly for me. but, left me wanting another book. I hope the author continues the story. maybe even takes it to his Israel. my mother's side of the family is Lithuanian and Jewish and while I do not know very much about my heritage I feel like this book gave me an insight of where they came from.

Sometimes you just got to read a story that takes you back to your younger days, college days, romance days, family dynamic days, days without phones, days with slow internet, days of odd friends and neighbors, days where you didn't know where money for things would come from, days of mistakes, and days of what could be.
