A good book that will bring you to consciousness

Lorne Cross gave me a new perspective with regard to astral work in this book. It’s a book that I have to revisit for sure because of the new plane that exists and being able to bring lucidity and intentional acts together. Small things I didn’t consider before I am going to use during the moments of awareness when I am dreaming.

Is it the mind or a different reality?

There's a lot of ridiculous New Age books on this subject. I really like what Lorne Cross has done here, and I don't think I have ever read (or heard) someone present this controversial subject so well. The astral plane is real, but it is such a strange place that many people discount it as being the imagination, yet that imagination is a significant ingredient in how the astral plane works. This audiobook doesn't disappoint.

I absolutely love it!

This is like a go to guide for the astral realm! A map for each and every level of it and explains how religion and spirituality ties into it all!. The voice that reads def keeps you interested. Kudos!

The journey is within and without

I'm reminded of the Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot and Wholeness and the Implicate Order by David Bohm. Our reality is both objective and, in a very subtle way, subjective; whereas, the astral plane is more subjective in its appearances, but underlying that there is a very real alternate reality.

The author does a great job of explaining a strange and complex subject in terms that anyone can understand. This is an excellent audiobook for those who know that there is much more to existence than what we see with our physical eyes.

Quality over Quantity

Best Astral travel book I ever read/heard! While most books try to serve too broad an audience and therefore only skim the surface, this book is specific in its intent and technique and dips way down!

Interesting

I like this perspective on astral travel. After many years and many books, this book explains why there are soo many different perspectives on the astral levels and why encounters vary so greatly.

The Books Theme

The book basically goes over the rudimentary ideas behind Astral Projection such as Terminology and Philosophy but lacks any detail on how to achieve. For that reason I gave it three stars for its overall theme.

Not great, but worthy and refreshing.

Not a fan of the narration on this one. The narrator follows a very predictable pattern of pauses that are often inappropriate for the content. The writing is generally done well, however, and there are a few good tips and meditation practices. This is a good resource to enhance your knowledge or collection but by no means is it an authority or full manual.

Overall it is a good read with colorful descriptions and some information you don’t here most places. For the price and short length I would definitely purchase again and will probably relisten at some point.
