Redundant information

I appreciate the teachings of Abraham, truthfully speaking there is no need to purchase this book. It is a reiteration of the information provided from part I.

Everyone should read this Book at least once in their life time!

I really enjoy these books

These are great books to keep and listen to every so often to remind you. I think Jerry does a fantastic job as the narrator. I guess everyone has their own tastes but I think his speaking cadence really seems to fit with this material.

A great guide for applying concepts!

I haven't really listened to the Abraham-Hicks stuff in order, more hodge-podge, so I'd heard some very true, very useful information before running across The Processes and the preceding book. I would highly recommend reading/listening to volume one first.

This book is wonderful! It gives actual, focused processes for changing the way one thinks and feels. The processes run the gamett from fully mental (meditation and appreciation) to almost entirely physical, with lots of variation in between. Chances are, you will hear about processes you have heard mentioned in their works, or the works of others. Listen through them again for more in-depth discussion.

I (obviously) have this book in the audio format, but I would recommend getting a notebook to write some key information down in to find the process you want quickly, or to just buy the printed version.
