Was the listener expected to actually use the hypnosis exercises read aloud in this piece? If so, it might have been a better, more useful program if the hypnosis exercises included actual music. Instead, the speaker said, "Play new age music for 2 minutes." Or maybe this production was meant to be listened to objectively, so that someone might get an idea of how a hypnosis session might go. If so, then I guess it's an okay audio piece as far as content goes (if you like this kind of subject matter). However, if someone is looking for something to use for therapeutic purposes, find something else. I wasn't sure how to rate this because I wasn't sure what its intended purpose was supposed to be. I myself listened to this while I was working - it was better than silence. Oh, and in case it matters to anyone, 2 minutes of new age music wasn't always called for. Sometimes, it was 3 minutes.
