Publisher's Summary

Our heroes have gone their separate ways in an effort to save Trip and unify their fight against the Overseers, who have an evil plot to take over not only this world, but all worlds. Mike asks for and receives help, but not in any way he could have prepared for, as Jack finds himself in the uncomfortable position of filling Otter’s shoes. Can Jack and Mike find a way to destroy the evil that has been unwittingly unleashed or will they succumb like every other civilization the enemy has encountered?

Falling out of love

Are used to love everything Mark wrote. Not so much the last two books I’ve listen to. Mostly seem to be sort of tossed together. Lots of gory fighting scenes not much interesting dialogue and slips in the details. Sort of like when you watch a movie and someone is has a skill and then all of a sudden they don’t have a skill. That’s what happened here. The demon calendar had the skill to shrink, and now he doesn’t at the end of the story when they need him to fit into the helicopter he can’t fit in anymore. Did something happen somewhere that I missed? I don’t know ,I just really feel that I’m sort of getting gypped on this series.

Done with Shrouded World Series.

Mostly just one fight to the next. Very little plot. I think I will stick to Fallout.

Love these books

I am a huge fan of Mark Tufo and now am a fan of John O’Brien. These books are so much fun. There’s never a dull moment. It can shift from dramatic to humor and back. They do not disappoint!

Not worth a credit

BT was pointless to put in. And Mike is the worst half vampire, pointless to even have it in the book. I will just stick with Fallout.

BT! Another fun book. I love Tufo's writing style

BT is back! Another fun book. I love Mark Tufo's writing style. I'm getting ready to dig into the next book, as soon as I listen to Timothy. Timothy is another Tufo zombie book and the first in the series and is a short book. I want to find out how the zombie Apocalypse felt from the zombie point of view!

Amazing!

Absolutely incredible writing. The story has a bit of everything. Truly terrifying in parts but has me in stitches in others!
Narrated of course, incredibly well
