Mary Meyer was a secret mistress of President John F. Kennedy, whom she had known since private school days, and after her death, reports that she had kept a diary set off a tense search by her brother-in-law, newsman Ben Bradlee, and CIA spymaster James Jesus Angleton. But the only suspect in her murder was acquitted, and today her life and death are still a source of intense speculation.

Writers who can’t read
Really, you’d think that if you wrote it, you could read it! Couldn’t figure out where their punctuation was, couldn’t pronounce words correctly (there is a “t” in mastectomy), and at one point, Rush belched!
Malloy was unbelievable in her delivery. To the point where someone else should have done it

Couldn't finish it
I have been looking forward to this book. My understanding would be that it would be full of juicy stories and tidbits from the foxhole so to speak. Instead, it was the long version on the history of both authors, who I have never heard of and don't really care to know about anyway. I would not recommend this book. The best part was the Prologue. When I finally quit even trying to listen to this book, I was reminded of the words of Simon Cowell during one of the first seasons of American Idol. He said, "I like the end. The part where it ended."

It's alright but very boring.
The story telling is all over the places and is kind of boring. Tried to get into it but it was really hard to stay interested. George as narrator isn't too bad but I don't like Joanna as a narrator. I know, I'm only halfway into the book. But I don't know if there anyway, I could make it through the whole book.
