I love to sleep to this or just nap. Especially when the house is quiet and my husband is gone at night. It doesn't really change from one song to another like many others; which would wake me. I have had this for about a year and still listen too it.

Very helpful when sleeping
I found this extremely helpful to get me to sleep. And also get for white noise when there was a lot of external noise keeping me from sleeping. I find it very meditative and relaxing. I listen to a lot of these for variety and this is one of the better ones.
