This week we talk to Mark Beaumont after answering two listener questions and getting an update on Nicks' new bike! Amongst other Guinness World Records he remains the fastest person to have cycled around the planet. First Question I have too much junk in my trunk - what do I really need to carry on a 30-180 minute ride. I don't want to have to hire a sherpa but also don't want to have to call AAA for the most minor issue. What is the right size package for group activities? -TooMuchJunkInTheTrunk Second Question "I've come to an impasse with my bike. It's getting older, 105 10speed and aluminum. I like to ride all kinds of surfaces and I am not a racer by any stretch. As my wife says I am frugal, what are some really good aluminum options on the market.
