Just amazing!
Would you listen to Archangel's Kiss again? Why?
Yes, in fact, I've listened to it twice already and I'll probably listen to it again. It was so incredible that I just had to hear it again.
What did you like best about this story?
This series is really different from other paranormal romances with a tonne of new concepts that I hadn't come across before. That rarely happens when you read a lot of this genre and so it was really refreshing. It's funny, clever and really well written. Nalini Singh is definitely one of my favourite writers at the moment.
What about Justine Eyre’s performance did you like?
I really enjoyed the performance. Well paced, with a good distinction between the different characters, which is pretty impressive given there are a lot of characters in this. She has really good instincts about which words should be stressed in a sentence. It can be really offputting when a narrator gets this wrong, but I'm pleased to say that Justine Eyre did it perfectly. I also found her voice really pleasant to listen to.
Any additional comments?
I am now dying for the rest of this series and more Nalini Singh books to become available on audio.

Brilliant listening high,y recommend!
I love everything that Nalini Singh has written. she enchants and encapsulates you into her worlds. Every character has depths and you get to learn their backstories as the books progress. I have listened to a lot of books with Justine Eyre narrating. She brings each character to life, not just reading the story but giving them the accents to go with them and being consistent throughout the whole book.

Very good second in the series
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It takes off exactly where the first left off. I loved the existing characters even more and fell in love with the new characters. Can't wait to hear the seven's individual stories. Especially Illium's. I just love him.
The narrator was fabulous, again. I love her tone and the fact that every character is given a distinctive, believable voice. I usually loathe women narrating male voices, but Justine Eyre is amazing. It seems to be almost effortless for her. I can't wait for book 3.

Horribly out of order!
This book was so hard to follow. It starts half way through and then jumps around from the beginning. So it kind of ruined the first part for me because I already knew the ending. Also i couldn’t figure out who Sam was but was able to piece it together by the end but then when I realized I missed that part I kind of felt like what’s the point in listening to it, I already know the jist of what happened. Please fix this, it really ruins the reading experience for me.

We were fighting on the wrong side of a war we couldn't win. And that was the good news. The Ruhar hit us on Columbus Day. There we were, innocently drifting along the cosmos on our little blue marble, like the native Americans in 1492. Over the horizon come ships of a technologically advanced, aggressive culture, and BAM! There go the good old days, when humans only got killed by each other. So, Columbus Day. It fits. When the morning sky twinkled again, this time with Kristang starships jumping in to hammer the Ruhar, we thought we were saved.

Story
Zachary Quinto - best known for his role as the Nimoy-approved Spock in the recent Star Trek reboot and the menacing, power-stealing serial killer, Sylar, in Heroes - brings his well-earned sci-fi credentials and simmering intensity to this audio-exclusive novella from master storyteller John Scalzi. One day, not long from now, it becomes almost impossible to murder anyone - 999 times out of a thousand, anyone who is intentionally killed comes back. How? We don't know.

Story
Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

When an experiment to study quantum uncertainty goes spectacularly wrong, physics student Bill Rustad and his friends find that they have accidentally created an inter-dimensional portal. They connect to Outland - an alternate Earth with identical geology, but where humans never evolved.
