Arcanum Unbounded also contains the Stormlight Archive novella Edgedancer, which appears in this audiobook for the first time anywhere. It is a story of Lift, taking place between Words of Radiance and the forthcoming Oathbringer.

Titles for chapters, please.

Since this is a collection of short stories, wouldn't it be nice to have some indication of where one story ended and another began? Surely I'm not the only one who bought this particular volume with the intention of reading a specific story and then had to scroll through it, chapter by chapter, to find the story I wanted to listen to. Quite annoying. Of course, the stories themselves are wonderful. It is, afterall, Brandon Sanderson. Definitely worth adding to my collection, lack of chapter titles notwithstanding.

love his books. do not like Mrs Reading's male voices. I really wish Michael and her would share narration based on point of view but he would voice men and she women.

Lift is a delightful character!

I really enjoyed Edgedancer dealing the escapades of Lift. She is a delightful character, full of shenanigans and child like wisdom.

Best narrators ever.

I love all things Kramer and Reading. I'm struggling through Elantris because y'all aren't reading it.

Always impressed

I was looking for a survey of his works and it's like every short story makes you want to go out and buy three books. I'm amazed at how good this writer is and his ability to command multiple world's so independently.

Also shout out to the narrator's who are quickly becoming my favorite. I look forward to every female point of view character as Kate is simply amazing.

EXCELLENT readers

This is a fantastic little set of short stories for anyone who has enjoyed the Stormlight Archives, Elantris, White Sands or Mistborn. Not only does it wrap up a lot of loose ends, but peeks into some lives I was really interested in from multiple worlds. As always, just the best readers of all time as well. Definitely recommend this archive.

A masterful collection again

Sanderson once again shows his genius for word smithing. And the narrators were spot on.

A fun addition to the Cosmere.

Adding background and humor to many old characters and many new ones as well.

I'm a big Sanderson fan! By now, his writing has truly matured and is a great pleasure. Athough enjoyable, I saw some issues with his earlier works, and his writing wasn't as well developed, but now, he's a master storyteller! This is a collection of "short" stories of previously unknown characters from several different series' such as Mistborn & Stormlight Archive, giving unique insights if you've read those series' & a tasty sample of Sanderson genius if you haven't, but are considering. (BTW, before each story, he tells the listener what type & degree of spoilers are contained therein). If you haven't listened to original Mistborn yet, I would recommend skipping the stories with Kelcier and listening to (reading) that original trilogy first, then come back, as the stories here would reveal way too much. I was pleasantly surprised, and enjoyed the Kelcier stories in here, because I was frankly heartbroken at the way original Mistborn ended, and this fixes some of that. I wish Sanderson would have just included this Kelcier story in the original Mistborn, however! Happy listening Sanderson fans!

Brandon Sanderson's stories are awesome as always

Not much to say than... Listen to this if you haven't already! Brandon Sanderson being himself, delivers great pieces of storytelling with unique and interesting characters, each memorable in his own way - and each one of them I want to know more about!
