This is a nice listen to get a simple overview of the different attachment styles and also anxiety. I like that this book includes practical tips to help with issues you may have in your relationship(s) that may form from your’s and your partner’s attachment styles and level of anxiety. The in-depth suggestions on how to control anxiety was a nice touch as well. This was a quick and easy listen and had a great narrator!
