This is one of the best resourceful audio book.

The information in this audible is life changing.

This book gives you guidance to identify the reasons why you may be anxious or insecure in your relationship. I suffer from anxiety and I do find that it can cause problems in my relationship. This book was very helpful for me.

Magnificent productive audio-book

This book was very informative with the explanations. it has helped me greatly!I liked that the author looked at the different anxiety can manifest itself (self-doubt, passive aggressive) and how that has a profound impact on the relationship.
