Publisher's Summary

Are you looking for a solution to anxiety in relationship? Are you unable to live your romantic relationship without doubts or insecurities? Are you a slave to jealousy or terrified of abandonment? If you answered “yes” to these questions and wish to live a better relationship, then keep listening....

Anxiety is a normal human condition and a necessary part of our lives. We all have a trait of anxiety in one way or the other. In "fight or flight mode", fear allows us to recognize and respond to hazards. And what about couples?

In the early stages of a relationship, people may get feelings of insecurity leading to more anxiety. You can experience worrying thoughts such as, “Does this person really like me?” “How serious is this relationship?” “Will it work out?” Usually, if you love someone deeply, and he/she breaks your heart, chances are, you will avoid being vulnerable. On a certain level, we all fear being hurt, consciously or unconsciously. Ironically, this fear tends to increase when we are getting what we want. But…good news, anxiety can be overcome and couple conflicts can be resolved!

In this audiobook, we will learn:

  • What is anxiety in relationships and how to recognize it
  • Insecurity in relationships, what are the symptoms, and how to recognize them
  • How to overcome insecurity in relationship
  • How to eliminate negative thinking and the fear of abandonment
  • What is jealousy, what are the symptoms, how to overcome it and how to build trust in the couple
  • How to resolve conflicts and save your relationship (especially in marriage)
  • How to help your partner if he/she is anxious
  • Bonus: “The most popular and dangerous mistakes that anxious people make and the seven golden rules for a happy and lasting relationship.”

The topics and concepts described are extremely practical and will have a direct impact in your life. You don’t need to be an expert in the topic.... Are you ready? Do you want to change your relationship? Get this audiobook now!

There is an error or it’s a really weird book

It’s really weird that Chapter 11 and 15 are the exactly the same. Is it a mistake from the narrator or is the book like that?

It seems plagiarized?

I'm not sure if this book was plagiarized or just poorly produced--maybe it's just a translation from a different language? But the English is off. For example, one chapter is titled " Couple Stability and Why People Looking For It". A lot of the sentences have subtle incorrect grammar like that. Also the narration is so bad and distracting (kind of in a hilarious way). It sounds like a real person...but also like a robot who doesn't know the meaning of what they're reading, like when alexa/siri reads a sentence weird. It feels like I'm listening to a bootlegged copy of something, like I bought the "bucci" bag instead of the "gucci" bag.

Eye opening!

The book was a hard pill for me to swallow. Truly opened my eyes to the fact that I lived in such a fearful way of abandonment issues. Something I never thought I had, but this book opened my eyes.. And now I'm on the road to healing with my own studies and counseling.

Spot on description

I just recently broke up with my fiancé and was terribly depressed. I had no idea what I did wrong to cause it to end so badly. I knew I had to figure something out in order to have a successful relationship in the future. I did meet someone new and I’ve noticed some of my past baggage making an appearance. This book describes exactly. It’s been eye opening to know what I’ve been feeling is somewhat normal and can be fixed with work. I am confident that using the skills outlined in this book, that I’ll be able to move on in my new relationship and be successful.

Not a good read...

An unfortunate legacy perspective with strong influence on what I can only assume is a bias due to the author's personal trauma experiences. There are some great points in here, but many other titles that cover them plus so much more in a more modern and accepting optic. Could also use better grammatical editing.

Not worth it

Poorly written and poorly performed. The narrator literally reads the typos and it’s so odd and annoying! The content is presented in a confusing way and doesn’t really give useful wisdom. I wouldn’t recommend this book to anyone.

Don’t bother.

Unless you are in therapy for big issues, this isn’t for you. This is not for basic situations.
