Lots of great tips for anxiety!!

It talks about how with anxiety we think of non reality experiences. We think of a alternate universe where our paranoia takes over. Then talking about the actions we should take like watching engaging movies or books. Personally I love reading as well as crocheting to calm down or stay calm.

The next book is more about concrete practices to improve how you work well with your partner. Excellent read, and has created so much more and serenity in our relationship.
