Reclaiming Your Life ..

 I promise you that if you read this book and follow the exercises, you will get better. I have personally struggled with anxiety and panic attacks for over 20 years, I've tried numerous therapists and so many different medications I've lost count. I was even told at one point that I had bipolar disorder. Nothing worked and I found myself at a point that I literally felt like I had no other options to get well.  When I started reading the book I was completely agoraphobic, depressed, constantly anxious, and having panic attacks to the point I felt like I couldn't go on any longer.

This book helped me much better understanding...

This book helped me have a much better understanding of panic and anxiety . It has literally been a life changer for me. I believe, this book , along with a couple of others, has helped me manage and prevent episodes without the use of medication.

I've battled with uneasiness for a long time now as far back as my absolute first fit of anxiety! This is exercise manual is so useful and causes you better get tension and stress. On the off chance that you are prepared to confront your uneasiness head on this is the book for you!

Couldn’t recommend this book enough!

I’ve had anxiety on and off now for just over 15 years starting when I was a teenager and tried various books, treatments & medication with not much success. The approach in this book is the first one that has actually worked for me and changed how I respond to the anxious thoughts, which iv been getting wrong all this time! The anxiety is still there but not as intense and I feel less bothered by the thoughts.

This is a great book.

This is a great book. Easy to read and pick up when you need it. For someone who has suffered with anxiety and still does this book is a great tool to help especially on those bad days. And I like how there is an area where you can make your own coping list using the tips from the book and questions to help you understand your own anxieties.

this book is must read...

Because anxiety is so prevalent in our society, people need awareness and tools. This book gives you cutting-edge information and invaluable techniques. The techniques are explained with clear, simple steps. And there really is a variety to choose from.

Before you even get into the 3-week program you can test out the techniques. They really do work. I feel so supported and empowered because of using these techniques, my favorite being ‘Expansion’ which helps you accept unpleasant feelings, and, ‘Power Person’ which helps you work with mindsets to strengthen your resolve. I enjoy doing the Body Scan for relaxation because it takes me out of my head and of course, the incredible powerful breathing technique to bring me to a state of calm. Yet there is so much more!

This book truly is a treasure trove of life-changing practices. Please do yourself a huge favor; get the book and use the techniques! You definitely will be so pleased you did.

worth reading...

he techniques for overcoming anxiety that the author recommends are very effective.

One of the best features of the book -- something I have encountered for the first time in this genre -- is a ranking of the effectiveness of the many techniques for reducing anxiety. Yes, there are many, many techniques that do some good. But why not start with the ones that provide the best return on the investment of your time?

This book is packed with practical information. It is not filled out with fluff.

Highly recommend this book for those that suffer f

I used to suffer severe panic attacks and how I wish I would have discovered this book back then. The author offers tons of practical techniques that you can use to overcome panic attacks and anxiety; Mindfulness is incorporated into many of them.

I also like the fact that the author advises a full body approach to conquering anxiety - diet, exercise and thoughts.

I feel like many books on anxiety overlook diet but it plays a critical role in anxiety and how we feel.

Highly recommend this book for those that suffer from anxiety.
