Such An Important audio book.

My mother died twelve years ago yet I still found this audio-book really helpful. It doesn't matter for how long you have been without your loved one. It had a lot of philosophy within and I felt wiser for listening it and also calmer.

I really inspire to listen this audible.

I think this was helpful in separating physical anxiety from anxiety brought on by the mind. Even though they are inter connected I found it helpful and comforting to distinguish the two and find helpful techniques to use for either.

I think this book is the best book of the topic.

As a therapist, I use this audio-book almost every work day to help outline neuro-biological patterns of anxiety. It’s helped me as well, but definitely makes understanding the brain more user friendly for all the people I work with.

A very quick and easy to listen.

An interesting look at how anxiety sneaks into our lives particularly during grief. While the audio-book focuses mainly on grief from loss of a significant person in your life, it does touch on anxiety from childhood trauma as well.

Simple and well-spoken this one.

This is a thoughtful and informative audio-book by a woman who has experienced grief at an early age. The test is both compassionate and informative. I got this audio-book because my wife was suffering from anxiety after the death of her father.

Great audio-book, highly recommend this!

Good audio-book to learn about anxiety. I did feel like it focused too much on amygdala based anxiety but maybe that's because that is most common. It's not going to cure you overnight but it does give you small things to practice. It's on you to practice.
