practical and relatable
After reading this book, I not only discovered some things that I need to implement my own life, but I'm definitely going to take my team through this as well. excited to pick up a hard copy and read it thoroughly.

Practical and encouraging for business leaders.
One of my favorite parts of the book is when Alan describes how our culture and internet has given us the world at our fingertips, but we were not created to receive so much burdening information, as it is overwhelming and more than we can take as humans.
The practical insight and suggestions for how leaders can be most effective is well written and very encouraging.
The book is laid out in sections that are easy to go back and listen to again. I recommend this book for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or on the verge of burnout in their business and life.

There are nuggets of wisdom throughout but I found myself particularly challenged by the sections on triage vs priorities and accessible vs available.

I wish I heard this 10 years ago!
This is stuffed with more leadership impact in bite size pieces than I can realize today. What I love about this is the format and how when my leadership challenges are in different places there is a section that matches what I need to hear.
