Good investment.

GREAT BOOK. I already know this anti inflammatory diet before but this book made me love it more. I love all the extra information that comes with this book. Easy and straight forward recipes with attainable ingredients! I've cooked several in just a few weeks. I like the explanations and that because they are simple you can "add" to them if you choose to fit your tastes.

Comprehensive indeed

I can say that this audio book has given you everything you need to know about Anti Inflammatory diet. I assure you you will be guided properly. All essential info has explained clearly. I've learned and understand how specific foods directly influence the chronic inflammatory process and I think you should learn it too. The 21-day meal plan is such a good way to start.

If you suffer from any inflammatory diseases I highly recommend this book, it explains the inflammatory reasons and how many of the foods we eat worsen the condition. The recipes are very good and I especially love the action plan in the book. I highly recommend this book if you or someone you know is suffering from inflammatory diseases. Great price also,well worth it.

The Anti-Inflammatory Diet

I purchased this book for my daughter who has been struggling with chronic migraine disease, occipital neuralgia and celiac disease. I found it so informative and easy to follow that I got it for myself! I love the 4 action plans that are laid out in the book. I am a vegan and it was wonderful to see that option listed as an action plan. This an excellent book to help you get control of your health through diet.

A healthy listen,

This is not only a recipe book, but an educational book on inflammation. I would highly recommend for anyone with weight issues, inflammation, arthritis, diabetes, allergies and anyone with digestive disorders. I'm a certified nutrition health coach and have given this book as a gift and listen it myself. Will buy again to give as a gift.

Delicious!

Thankfully I did not listen any of the reviews before I bought the book. So far I’ve made about six of the recipes and they are absolutely delicious. Yes some of the ingredients are difficult to find if you don’t have access to a health food store but isn’t that what Amazon is for? I thoroughly enjoyed the smoothies, buckwheat pancakes, the fennel and leek soup, the chicken chili and the swordfish with pineapple and cilantro. What would be helpful would be a list of ingredients to purchase at the grocery store based on the recipes. Other than that - it’s great.

This book's recipes and positive suggestions have turned my sensitive gut around. I just made the spinach muffins and mushroom broth, 2 new regular recipes in my home now. It’s only been a short while but I’m feeling better already.

Wonderful Book

Amazing book

Great Anti-Inflammatory Diet for Beginners with lots of information before you even get to the recipes!!!
