I found the information different meal types extremely helpful. I am excited to try many of the recipes in this book. I especially appreciate the option of 15-minute meals. I am always looking for new and delicious meal options that I can cook quickly. This book will expand my culinary options.

I loved this cookbook! Yes. You do have to cook a lot. It isn't titled quick and easy. But the recipes are delicious! I have now tried at least 10 of them and have loved them all. I can't rave enough about this cookbook.

Delicious and Healthy!


This book is informative, full of great recipes, and easy to read. It starts with an explanation of the symptoms and causes of inflammation; specific foods that make it worse or better; and then gives four different anti-inflammatory meal plans: Vegan, Paleo, Mediterranean, and Time Saving. The recipes in this book are tailored to your over-all health they even tell you what foods to avoid, and which foods are beneficial. I can't wait to try the mango salsa recipe. The beginning of the book has tips of reducing chronic inflammation. I loved the action plan sections. The action plans start a section on understanding chronic inflammation, what kind of practitioners to see, common symptoms, lifestyle and medical interventions.

There is an introduction at the beginning of the book that is helpful as it describes whole grains, flavorful spices and herbs, healthy fats and food sensitivities and allergies. The part that I like the most is the pantry and refrigerator essentials. Overall I love this book.

Love this book!

There are a lot of the recipes that I intend to try, I may even share the recipes with my sister as she has the same issues. Great book

I like this book. the recipes are intentionally simple because when you are having a joint pain flare up, you cant chop a bunch of things. I was getting to the point that it was just too painful to feed myself. Easy to follow recipes with flavors and smells in the kitchen that will please even the pickiest of eaters!
