Nice audiobook .

I was interested in listening to this audiobook as I have IBD and arthritis and I know diet can have a huge impact on both of these things. I’ve looked into Vegan and Paleo diets and neither one of these sounding like pleasing dietary options for me, but this audiobook offers much more than just those two options.

Reduce inflammation.

Here is the audiobook that delivers on the given promise to provide tasty and easy recipes to reduce inflammation. Lots of foods are just wrong for the body and we reduce our physical strength and life expectancy when consuming them. Home-made meals are a great resolution for all possible health problems and you can find the ideas for them in this audiobook It's a good choice for me!

the recipes at the end include the foods you are supposed to eliminate. doesn't make sense

Totally inconsistent

Just an example: Book talk about not eating pork, tomatoes, and potatoes but on the receipt section teaches how to prepare those.
Repetitive in nature. Some portion sounds exactly like the other section. No question that it has good information on it but boring .

Narration tough to listen to

The intonation of the narrator was really difficult to listen to. She spoke fast through challenging scientific words and processes. Narrator sounded fake, at times condescending, which was too distracting to the content of the book.

Anti-Inflammatory Porridge has been one of those recipes I decided to try in the first place, and fairly speaking it's been an interesting experience! I find it almost an ultimate one for all those anti-inflammatory mornings I'm about to experience. Rhubarb Muffins and Turkey Burgers are a must-try as well!

Anti-inflammatory diet.

I decided to get a paperback copy as soon as I got the idea to follow an anti-inflammatory diet and now I see that it became the perfect complement to the audiobook I already had on this kind of diet. Some of the meals are completely new to me and I’ve never ever been able to see them before, some of them need to be changed a little bit to become useful but overall this recipe audiobook makes a great and interesting impression.

Anti-inflammatory .

Many of the meals in this anti-inflammatory audiobook are similar to the ones I cook already. They are not similar ones, they are just as simple and quick as the family-friendly meals should be. Now my interest lays in changing the usual recipes for the classical way of cooking into the anti-inflammatory options – I’m planning on having them modified and used on a regular basis.

New favorite meatball recipe!

I especially like that the meal prep steps are finely tailored, and they basically explain every needed step to the most timid basics which is a fine thing for an absolute beginner. Having very limited opportunity to spare on meal prep and juggling my full-time working hours and full-time diet, I find this recipe book handy and helpful.

This book was very good

This book was very good in describing the many health benefits of bone broth, and how it helps to fight inflammation, and for improving sleep, etc. You will learn important factors, and to follow a great diet that reduces both inflammations in the body, but as well, have a positive impact on your weight, in the long-run. A great​ read for sure!
