BEST ONE

This seems to be a diet book that sounds like it might be helpful. Inflammation causes a lot of pain and other health issues. If we eliminate the inflammation we should find out! It seems fairly simple and the recipes are easy to understand and to prepare.

Easy and informative

This is a very helpful book indeed. It gives me a lot of ideas about how inflammatory diet works and how it helps to stop some inflammation of our body. This is exactly what I am looking for. I like the voice of the narrator.

The book is really very good and lots of useful information on the diet. A very convenient and useful pdf file that comes with an audiobook as a gift. I like the voice of the narrator. Fit the anti inflammatory requirements

Some of these meals may seem to be a bit familiar and even be recognized by those who are experienced in the anti-inflammatory diet. The balance on the edge of tried and true but ingredients are perfectly simple and fit the needs of those who constantly follow the anti-inflammatory ration., Directions are surprisingly doable, and you can get interacting with them trying the ingredients that are not listed in the necessary ones.

Beginners is a nice cookbook for me!

The author provides enough information to make the listeners know about the science behind the diet including foods to avoid and foods to emphasize or add to one’s repertoire of foods. New favorite meatball recipe!

I especially like that the meal prep steps are finely tailored, and they basically explain every needed step to the most timid basics which is a fine thing for an absolute beginner. Having very limited opportunity to spare on meal prep and juggling my full-time working hours and full-time diet, I find this recipe book handy and helpful.

This book was very good

This book was very good in describing the many health benefits of bone broth, and how it helps to fight inflammation, and for improving sleep, etc. You will learn important factors, and to follow a great diet that reduces both inflammations in the body, but as well, have a positive impact on your weight, in the long-run.
