Great to have on hand

This audiobook makes it easy to follow an anti-inflammatory diet, which will drastically improve one’s health. Not only does this include information about this diet and why it is beneficial, it includes references, conversion tables, and an excellent recipe index. Each of the chapters is broken down by meal type and is easy to follow.

I really like how simple it is to follow

I really like how simple it is to follow and easy to understand. I'm sold on the anti-inflammatory diet. I'm a a nurse and this audiobook is very easy for anyone to listen and understand. I got over whelmed at first because you have to get your whole shopping list together and that's so time consuming.

This is a great beginners audiobook
