AWESOME!

I think just about all of me is inflamed LOL... hurts everywhere, and I'm only 51!
I found this audiobook and the information contained therein very helpful and informative, I think it's an excellent source of info and great ideas to eat healthier and in ways that deters or decreases inflammation.
Accompanying .pdf rocks!

Great explanation of the Anti Inflammatory diet

The PDF is very helpful. The recipes are also read to you in the audio book if you prefer to hear them. The recipes look good. I have not tried any yet. About 2 hours is an explanation of the diet, the other two hours is the recipes.

A look of good information. I am sure I will listen to this again so I can absorb all the inforamtion and make some notes.

Narration was great.

So much great information!

I was very impressed with all the great recipes included in this! The anti-inflammatory diet is getting so much attention lately, and the information in the book really put it into an easy to understand format. I also was very happy to receive the PDF with the meal plan and all the recipes too. Did I mention how many delicious recipes there are?? I have tried quite a few of them, and find it will be easy to stay on the diet

Important health information for inflammation

Inflammation seems to be at the root of the most significant health issues in America today. From obesity to Alzheimer's, inflammation seems to close off blood vessels, age cells, and damage our internal organs. As Hippocrates once said, let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food.

Inflammation can be prevented in large part through dietary choices, many of which are listed in this audiobook. It's an excellent resource to introduce beginners to the health risks of a sugar-heavy inflammatory diet, with easy recipes and guidance to implement a diet that features anti-inflammatory food. The narrator is well-spoken and enunciates clearly. This was a great resource to understand the importance of diet in maintaining health.

This guide book is giving different types of diets which can boost the normal working of the body leading to good health and strong body.This book is a must have if you are trying to control inflammation. We have seen significant results in a month following the recipes.

Clearly illustrated too which helps.

Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in anyway. Clearly illustrated too which helps.

Excellent

As someone with autoimmune diseases and inflammation I found this book particularly relevant. There are so many books on these conditions that it's difficult to know which ones to read so I've ended up reading quite a few and binning most of them.
I was impressed by this book. The information given is based on fact backed up by research and science. I was also impressed by the dietary advice. I was expecting the usual fads- gluten free, dairy free etc but this book doesn't promote trendy fad diets. Instead it explains why some people might benefit from eliminating certain things but the vast majority of people don't actually need to. Dieticians rather than nutritionists were cited and this an important distinction. It meant that I could take the dietary advice seriously and trust it.

There are loads of easy recipes to choose from and to suit all dietary requirements. You can pick and choose from a wide selection. And there's plenty there to accommodate anyone who does need to eliminate certain food groups.

This book is definitely a keeper and one I will dip into again and again.

This seems to be a diet book that sounds like it might be helpful. Inflammation causes a lot of pain and other health issues. If we eliminate the inflammation we should find out! It seems fairly simple and the recipes are easy to understand and to prepare.
