Very happy to have found this book

Very happy to have found this book. The recipes are delicious and easy. As a person with a peanut allergy, I always have trouble with healthy cook books because they are full of recipes using peanuts.
This book tells you foods that help you and foods that hurt you . This was such a benefit when I was trying to pinpoint and help m son who was having medical problems due to different foods he was ingesting! This is a great resource and I would recommend a read!

This book is so far very informative

This book makes it easy to follow an anti-inflammatory diet, which will drastically improve one’s health. Not only does this include information about this diet and why it is beneficial, it includes references, conversion tables, and an excellent recipe index. Each of the chapters is broken down by meal type and is easy to follow. I would recommend this be in everyone’s kitchen library as a great reference tool.
A great idea I took and enjoyed was the roasted chickpea snack choices. My company loved them as well. I prefer Sandi Brunei book The Anti-Inflammatory Diet & Action Plan a little better but I'm happy with both - very different books to help with reducing inflammation in the body.

This is the best audible book

This is the best 2 books Anti-Inflammatory Diet and Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook I've come across that explains and provides ways in which food can be used as medicine to fight inflammation in the body. The clear outlines of ingredients in this book and recipes are useful for those who want to try them out, as well as those who have decided that eating this way has become necessary to manage pain and live a healthier life.
I love it! Whole list for every ingredient you will use each week with amount you need. I made a carrot marinara recipe and I have to say it was better then expected. Simple recipes and easy to follow. I'm excited to try other recipes.

The information in this book is very interesting

The information in this book is very interesting and useful and learns more towards improving your life and less towards losing weight. There are a ton of great tips like buy grocery store short cuts, batch cook on the weekend and prepare veggies ahead. There are great alternatives for many of the things you will be removing from you diet, and I appreciate the fact that the book discusses that some people might have specific dietary needs that exclude some of the suggested products. My favorite part of the book is the weekly grocery list.

Great audible book about 2 books Anti-Inflammatory

Nice written. I thought I learned all I could know about different diets, but I'd never read about an anti-inflammatory diet. I love that this book gave a variety of recipes, and gives tips for preparation, and making meals ahead of time. I feel like with this book as a guide, you could easily replace some of your go to meals with these much healthier alternatives, and you'd really not be "missing out" on the flavors of foods that are not good for you, anyway.
Overall, this is a great book to have even if you don’t suffer from inflammation as the recipes are easy to make.

I am very happy with this book.

This book will help you learn and understand more about Anti- Inflammatory diet. Explained very clearly and the way author explained. I really like this text book. They're also full of good information. I purchased my book with the cog lab manual and access code for class.

Very easy to follow and a well designed cookbook

Nice book. I look forward to trying these recipes and seeing if they make a difference in how I feel. The information provided at the beginning of the book explaining foods and inflammation is very helpful. The pictures are very professional and the recipes are well written and easy to follow.
This book comes with many beneficial recipes that are easy to make in our daily routine. Overall I am very pleased with this book. Would I recommend this book to other people? Yes I would including friends and family..I absolutely think this is great book. It's a great anti inflammatory cookbook...

This cookbook will help you to control and reduce inflammation and will give you one more step to interesting anti inflammatory meal plan. I recommend this anti inflammatory book for all those who have been following this kind of a lifestyle for a long time to learn some new ideas to spice up the weekly menu. I've been bored with the recipes I've been practicing for some time now, and now I have to say that this cookbook has helped me greatly. It's not a big deal to follow the instructions and the result is the one to share.

It's a good anti inflammatory cookbook!

Of all the anti inflammatory cookbooks I already have in my collection this one is by far the best of them all. I decided to get a paperback copy at first and then realized I can get a Kindle one immediately. Here I am holding my Kindle and looking through the pages while writing down those recipes I'm planning to prepare first.
The directions are easy to understand, they never overlap or anything… the cooking time is short as well as the prep-time, and I have to say I decided to recommend this cookbook to a friend of mine who's been struggling with joint pains for some time now – I'm sure he will be able to improve his health with the help of this cookbook.

I would recommend audible book anti-inflammatory

The price was more than good , and the anti inflammatory cookbook seems to be loaded with tons of interesting and useful recipes which gave me some worthy pointers and put me in the positive mood to follow the anti inflammatory ration right away.
No feeling of deprivation – everything has been satisfying ever since I got this anti inflammatory cookbook and started cooking from it. The best part of this anti inflammatory cookbook for me is that the ideas from here offer good nutrition – they are family-friendly and help you to cook normal healthy foods, and stay well-fed at the same time.

Amazing anti inflammatory ideas to follow

Yes, it's an anti inflammatory cookbook and it gives me the chance to put on the image of a good home cook and proceed from this point. The directions are so simple anyone will be able to follow them, even a kid. I suggest you try more of these recipes to decide whether they are suitable for you and then get the paperback too because it's one of the best cookbooks on anti inflammatory diet you will ever be able to get. Anit inflammatory cookbook for busy weekdays

This cookbook is down-to-earth - as simple as it can be, repeatable and shows the perks of cooking anti inflammatory meals. This is my third experience with an anti inflammatory diet – I've never had enough patience to follow all the directions and restrictions and cook the same meals over and over.
Easy recipes and convenient instructions to follow are perfect for all the folks interested in the healthy way of life. The anti-inflammatory foods support immunity and reduce inflammation – it's great to support the body, tired of all the processed and canned foods. Highly recommend this book.

All the anti inflammatory things I need

The book is divided into different chapters which work perfectly for us because I can choose the recipe I would like to try in a matter of minutes without looking through the whole cookbook.
It's a helpful feature for me since I have to make a diet plan of my own to deal with the recipes I've found in here, and my nutrition. Mostly the recipes in this cookbook require three to five steps so this cookbook is perfect for busy working people, single parents, those who have no time to spare on cooking but still wish to have a healthy and tasty food at home waiting for them to come. Highly recommend this book.

Healthy and practical recipes!

An anti-inflammatory diet is more forgiving so to say since you can use various processed sauces and fruits (almost any you will like too). The recipes in here do not feel complex, they help you to eliminate various health issues while staying well-fed and detoxed. These recipes inspire me to think up more ideas, and they make me feel like a good cook too!
Honestly, I wanted to learn some relevant meal’s recipes which could help me to reduce inflammation. It’s a perfect starter book and the author Jennifer Evans has described almost each of these recipes so clearly. I’ve tried to make some meals according to this book and all the outcomes were really excellent. I will definitely try these recipes one by one over this month. Nice work Jennifer, I will definitely check out your more books.

Nice audible book about Anti-Inflammatory

This book is a great resource for anyone suffering from anti-inflammatory issues or for people just interested in general overall wellness when eating. The recipes are very easy to read and are comprised for only a few ingredients making it easy to prepare.
Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in anyway. Clearly illustrated too which helps.

Great book, with lots of information. Recipes look good, would like to try them out. Leaky gut and inflammation in the body can be exhausting, will definitely use some of the information provided in the book!
This book includes valuable information on anti-inflammatory diets along with two 1-week meal plans with grocery shopping lists to help get you started.

This Diet & cookbook is well written

This cookbook is written in a very easy to follow format. The plans and recipes are pretty simple which makes them much more doable. I love cookbooks that include shopping lists!
The book out in an easy to follow plan. I’ve read several similar books and this one has the most recipes that sound yummy as well as nutritious! Great book!
