The Anti-Inflammatory Diet book perfect book!!

Cool! I was given the The Anti-Inflammatory Diet cookbook in return for an honest review. Anit inflammatory diet for a while now but I’m definitely new to this cookbook and this author's writing manner so I’m in a need of some sort of handbook, telling me what to do and how to do it. This cookbook isn’t perfect, still the variety of recipes leaves you satisfied and intrigued to try more every time. Cool job!

Best audible book Anti-Inflammatory Diet

Anti-inflammatory diet became a perfect substitute for us. It allows us to enjoy the foods without the feeling of guilt and have our meals ready in a timely manner. Of all the recipes we've tried so far (we just got this cookbook) we loved chickpea cakes and broccoli soup the most.
I recommend you to get this cookbook, make your shopping lists and enjoy the privileges anti inflammatory diet gives you at this very moment. I love that most of the ideas represent the good master frame for the possible variations. You may add something interesting to this cookbook, a little personal touch to every dish but I had no time for that for now since I purchased this cookbook recently.

well-balanced about Anti-Inflammatory Diet

Anti-inflammatory diet is believed to be quite similar to the Anti-Inflammatory Diet. To follow it you have to get rid of all the cars in the ration and keep it nice and simple with store-bought products. This cookbook has provided me with a great number of interesting ideas - not only those I've been obliged to try but also those I've been interested in. To stay sure that your ration is balanced well you can use a nutritional info listed under every recipe. Overall it's one of the most interesting and the most well-done cookbooks on this type of diet I've had in a fair amount of time.

Overall it's one of the most interesting

Well-managed and affordable anti inflammatory cookbook.
I recommend it to all the anti inflammatory diet beginner cooks – directions are easy-to-follow even if you've never had any dietary cooking experience. The table of contents is broken down into sections so the cookbook is easy to navigate through.
Lots of these anti-inflammatory recipes are worth making, and I’m sure I will try them in the next few weeks

I appreciate this audible book

it is well made, nice paper stock, wipe easy cover. Just the kind of book to keep on your counter, go through trying the recipes and noting what you think of them. Love the ingredients because that's usually the thing I look at first after the title and feel their very manageable for a long term way of eating.
Thanks to this simple to follow recipe book. As soon as we decided to learn a new diet, we bought a couple of new recipe books, and this one was among them – for that I'm grateful

I really Loved this book. It’s well laid out, and she leads you personally through the land mines of today’s modern food culture, types and how to determine what is responsible food.
The recipes in the book look delicious and so far I've tried a couple, which turned out wonderful. This book specifically targets the Anti-inflammatory Diet and provides clarity and guidance with navigating this powerful diet lifestyle, as well as providing meal plans to help you in getting the best out of your health, allowing you to really enjoy yourself in the process.

Great Recipes, easy to make

Excellent!!The Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook opened my eyes to how I can reform my diet to not endure as much inflammation. With a thorough explanation of foods that causes inflammation and those that are anti-inflammatory, I was amazed at the true effect of what you eat can truly make or break your health. Explaining how the inflammatory foods affect different parts and functions of the body was also useful information to include before getting into the recipes. Amazing book! Good!!!

The instructions are clear and easy to follow

I love the easy and healthy recipes in this book! The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and I found the extra tips and modifications for each dish very helpful. Last night I made the turkey meatballs - cooking them in a muffin pan was a great shortcut, and I loved the addition of the chopped mushrooms in the meatballs! This is a great resource for any cook who is looking for simple but tasty healthy meals. This book has renewed my love of cooking. Highly recommend!

Healthy and practical recipes!

I love the recipes in this book. I have made several of them and they were all very satisfying. The author provides detailed nutritional information per serving, as well as preparation tips for each recipe. She includes vegan, vegetarian, as well as recipes with animal foods that are pasture raised and organic. Plus, Madeline is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, so she knows what she's talking about. I tried the beet salad with peas and greens and it turned out beautiful! I wish there were more photos though, only the first page of each chapter has one. Nice one.

Really great recipes. Very creative and tasty

This is a fantastic cookbook. Clear and simple, with wonderful recipes. Ingredients are easy to find, and recipes are easy to follow and always turn out delicious! Following the guidelines in this cookbook, in addition to taking anti-inflammatory supplements such as turmeric, has helped my stomach, my skin, and my overall sense of wellbeing. Highly recommend!

Well laid out and helpful.

Love this book. It really takes inflammation down. Recommend to anyone with immune problems. It’s helping me. This book has great information. I would highly recommend this book, especially if the anti inflammatory diet is new for you.

The Anti-Inflammatory Diet

A healthy read.

Great cookbook with lots of information before you even get to the recipes!!! I love this book for the information as well as the large variety of food options- I felt like it helped me to really get a handle on my body and the pain I have been in! I would definitely recommend this to all others with similar medical issues or even to just give this a try and see if it helped! And these recipes are delicious, by the way!

Easy recipes to fight inflammation.

I love the way the author relates to real life and real living. The recipes are not difficult and use reasonable ingredients. This is a good way to jump into healthier eating in a user-friendly format. I initially began reading this cookbook on loan from the library, but after catching myself writing down recipe after recipe, I decided I needed to purchase it.Basic ingredients and short cook times will make feeding the kids easy! I love how organized and easy to follow it all is. I almost bookmarked every recipe to try!

Good introduction to anti-inflammatory diet.

After multiple surgeries, infections, and what seemed to be never ending recuperation times I've come to realize that what I eat plays a huge part in how I feel, what I can cope with and what I get done in any given day. This book was very clear and concise, giving information about not only what to eat and not eat but the simple why we should eat these foods and not others to clear inflammation from from our systems.
