Fresh food, fresh perspective.

I write reviews often, I had to for this book too. I was just identified with an inflammatory condition, and I found this book to be fantastically helpful. I did an inflammatory diet once a few years ago, and I felt the best I ever have in my life--but figuring out what to make was overwhelming and stressful. This book takes out overwhelm, and makes following this diet much, much easier. It is simple, straightforward, and very easy to read. I can't wait to get started with these recipes! The only suggestion I have with future editions is to include more substitutions, particularly with the smoothies.

I highly recommend this book.

If you hurt from any inflammatory diseases I highly recommend this book, it describes the inflammatory reasons and how many of the foods we eat deteriorate the condition. The recipes are very good and I especially love the action plan in the book. I highly recommend this book if you or someone you know is suffering from inflammatory diseases. Great price also, well worth it.
