So happy I bought this book

This is a complete guide to what you will need to start making critical changes to the way you eat! The authors make what could be challenging for most of us completely doable. They lay out a simple to follow plan including tips for how to prepare for change. Another plus is that most of the recipes contain less than eight ingredients. So happy I bought this book

Great Anti-Inflammatory Diet and easy to follow eating plan to suit all. I would highly recommend for anyone with weight issues, inflammation, arthritis, diabetes, allergies and anyone with digestive disorders. These recipes are helpful and really yummy. I have used this book continuously to help keep me on the right track to healing my body.

This is not only a recipe book, but an educational book on inflammation.Most diseases involve inflammation so this is great whether you’re diabetic, have arthritis or other conditions caused by inflammation.Diet is helping my health problems

Enjoying and helpful

This is a perfect guidebook for everyone. I purchased from Amazon. this is where the anti inflammatory diet comes is as it makes it easier for individuals to know that what they are eating is actively reducing the inflammatory buildup that they have been experiencing for years prior to yhe switch. Thanks for the creator for this excellent content guidebook. Grateful!

Beautiful and well laid out

Beautiful and well laid out. This is more than a cookbook - it is very educational. She gives you all of the steps (and reasons) needed to start an anti-inflammatory diet. I have tried about 6 recipes so far and can't wait to try more. I have been very pleased and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to start - or continue this lifestyle.

Perfect for families

I have struggled to find recipes that are simple enough for a busy working mom to make, and tasty enough for them to eat. Madeline Given has provided recipes that do both: Not too many ingredients, and many of them look kid-friendly. I'm very thankful for this new cookbook that will hopefully help me to keep on track with serving my kids the kinds of food that their bodies need.

I've been so impressed with this cookbook.

The salad section alone, which is usually the most boring section of a cookbook (in my opinion), made my mouth water the whole way through. It took me all the way till the desserts to realize that all of her recipes are gluten free, and 80% or more are dairy free. Honestly with the recipes in this book, I think you could feed people for weeks before they even noticing the bread and cheese are missing ;-). Delicious food that makes your body FEEL good. Yes please!

Great information and beautiful healing food!

I was so impressed by the variety of recipes and by the positive, encouraging tone of the author. I enjoyed reading it for the information, and I'm excited to go back and cook my way through from the beginning! Every single recipe looks delicious. After cutting sugar and focusing on eating whole foods for several months now, I've found myself in a bit of a creative cooking slump... this book is just what I needed to become excited about beautiful healing foods once again, armed with fresh knowledge of the amazing restorative power of real food.

This is a visually beautiful cookbook with clear and straightforward recipes. I immediately loved the lists of pantry items and have already adjusted items my family purchases based on the recommendations. The smoothie recipes are already a family favorite with our 3.5 and 1.5 year old boys.

Wonderful Cookbook

I appreciated the informative introduction and the pantry lists were so helpful. I have loved the recipes that I have tried and look forward to working my way through all of them--I have been inspired to try making my own almond milk! In the overwhelming world of nutrition and information, this book is a straightforward guide to health, specifically aimed toward anti-inflammation, but really just full of great nutritional advice and clean eating and I so appreciate that!
