Gautama was truly a doctor/physician, who instead of chasing Ananda/Bliss (which can also create moha, grossness, etc. in practice if we don't have a true master/guide) preached element removal which hinders Ananda/Bliss ... "cessation of suffering" or "ending of suffering"🧘🏽 ... this is Osho's talk on Buddha’s very first lot of 500 bhikshus condition and HIS 8-step practical process of Antaryatra KA sutra to them, which is very similar to Jainism yet rooted in Vedic teachings with a twist between Ananda vs. Dukha nirodha 🧘‍♂️ Jain’s talk about Samyak Darshan, Sanyam Gyaan and Samyak Charitra in that sequence. This goes very deep though. 🧘🏽‍♀️ character building can only be done by our own efforts etc., nobody else can help us on this account towards moksha. Fascinating by its practicality and individual's own experiences! I highly recommend to anyone looking into an inner journey for joy-bliss-happiness and ultimately liberation from birth-death-life cycles!
