Mandy Hope loves animals more than anything else. She knows quite a bit about them too: both her parents are vets and Mandy helps out in their surgery, Animal Ark.
Blackie, James's Labrador, disturbs a family of hedgehogs and all mayhem breaks loose. The mother breaks her leg and the Hunter's next-door-neighbour kidnaps the babies. Now Mandy and James's mission is to find a way to safely release the hedgehogs back into the wild.
