Publisher's Summary

Number-one Essence best-selling author K'wan returns with the explosive fourth installment in the Animal saga.

Animal, the gentle and kind-hearted family man, is still infamous for turning at any moment into a cold-blooded killer. Animal is the product of ruthless abuse and the unforgiving streets - he is the product of the world we all live in. Is there anything that could push you to the breaking point of murder? Are you absolutely sure there isn't? After all, there's an Animal in all of us.

Disappointed

What did you like best about Animal 4? What did you like least?

The story was to short! I am still confused about the plot. Not a happy camper

If you’ve listened to books by K’wan before, how does this one compare?

This is not one of my favorite books

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

The narrator was ok, but I l prefer Carl Hites

Do you think Animal 4 needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Of course there should be a follow-up as there wasn't in satifiaction or resolution in this book

Very disappointed

I read the reviews prior to purchasing and decided to purchase anyway, which was a huge error. I don't know who wrote this and maybe K'wan had a deadline but nonetheless he should re-write and refund. The narration was very average, why didn't he use Cary Hite...I'm getting a refund and may have to step away rom this writer. You are trying to release too many books and you are doing a disservice to your loyal readers. I was just about to purchase "The Fix 2" and I also purchased Gutter but I'm very apprehensive. I can't believe you did this to Animal, damn you didn't even give Gucci a funeral. Up to this point you had performed an amazing job developing these characters. I feel like Animal is a friend.

Next time don't rush

The book was not good. He should have taken more time, instead of rushing through the book. This my last animal book.

TERRIBLE NARRATOR!!!!!!!

Author, if u start with Cary Hite , please end with him. THIS narrator gave the story NO life..... overall story was a good continuation, but hopefully book 5 has a better reader, like Cary Hite!!

Very Disappointing

There is a level of expectation that you have grown to expect of Kwan & the Animal series. And this book did NOT deliver. I feel like I was dupped into a longer short story that he has put out in the past. We waited for a full finished product & not this. Kwan just needs to do better!!

Hooked on Carey Hite

Not bad but worst of all four. Kwan is starting to lose me. Thank you.
