I love this book


I love this book!!! I bought it for a friend, BC he can't afford to get professional help so I'm hoping this book helps him. I'm a Psych major and I looked over the book and it seemed like this would be the best gift ever

Changed my life

Right to the point, this book speaks to the men who need help managing anger . For me it teaches me a lot on myself . Very good book.

Didn’t really help

All it does is tell you what anger is. Doesn’t really guide you very much at all, not impressed. It confirmed I have anger issues but self help ( I don’t think so) I already knew I had issues or I wouldn’t have reached out for help, however I didn’t find this helpful AT ALL. Sorry just my honest feelings I left after listening to this just as lost and sad as I was prior to listening. It should be named “ do I have anger issues “ much better then how to keep calm. For five minutes, in one chapter it say what you can do but so quickly for the book to be called “learn how”

Very well book.

Excellent book but have in mind that it is a long-term investing book, not short-term. Although it wasn't what I needed, the book is great and teaches long-term investing very well.
