Awesome book

This was listening in a manner and in details that hit me directly. With every section, I grew a better understanding of myself and my relationship with anger. I wouldn't guarantee that it will help everyone, but it has helped me. It may be very tough but it really helps to open up to them and just tell them everything. It has definitely brought us closer together!

Very helpful book

Our therapist is actually listening to it now since we told him about it and loves it. So our therapist approves! It is a good book if the man receiving it is willing to complete the work not just listen through it. Self-reflection is the most important part.

Amazing book

Found this book to be minimally helpful. Very little in here I didn't know. The cognitive part I already have, its actually putting it into practice that is difficult. This book presented very little that I found helpful for dealing with anger in the volatile moment of real world experience.

What I loved about the book is that it perceived indignation as a genuine feeling to be comprehended and not smothered. It is genuine additionally as this book involves that huge numbers of our enthusiastic states have inceptions in our adolescence. Good book..

Excellent

The book is very helpful in explaining some of the underlying causes of anger and in providing exercises that are very well worth pursuing. The advice is grounded in a strong sense of realism about the perseverance and commitment needed. However the benefits of demonstrating this are very well justified. The hypnotherapy recording at the end of the book is a really valuable bonus. Good listen..
