How did this get so many 5 star reviews?

I purchased this book due to the great reviews which gave 5 stars all the way (bar one 3 star). It is hard to listen to due to the narrators odd mode of speech and the sound quality. It gives far too many medical terms which are scattered like confetti and uses a lot of academic spiel. Worst of all, in the midst of all of this it suddenly introduces in the ‘sleep’ section, that our dreams are perfect reproductions of our conversation with god, and that other parts of sleep are to do with our spirit (in a nutshell). Whoa! Hold on! This is now out and out science mixed with religion, (apparently science proves the god bit)! I am so disappointed with this absolute load of nonsense which I purchased to understand the reasons for anger and stress and how to deflate them, best it comes up with..count to ten! Do not even bother with this pseudo-scientific nonsense. If you want to feel anger, spend your money in this and feel robbed!

Self acceptance

Read this book as you’re to blame. It’s easier to accept and overcome the crap you’re deflecting on everybody else. Trust me.
