I just have not found elsewhere !

Very helpful and illuminating.

I have spent my whole life struggling with rage. I was struggling to find a audio-book that helps sort through the tangled mess that rage makes. This audio-book just does that. I like that, both physiologically and mentally, it describes the anger.

Practice what you listen !

I learned new ways of coping, and I saw a noticeable decline in the spells of frustration and bursts of ' uncontrollable ' rage. You have to consciously follow what you learn, even when you don't want to. This valued the capital. Ideally this might make you like it.

Its a good audio-book if the man receiving !

The observations and instruments found in this work were informative, realistic and useful. A bit uncomfortable at times too, all for my own benefit. I am grateful for the work of Mr. Karin, and for his willingness to share his expertise and compassion on these parts. Recommended big.
