great kind of a persons

This book would be of great help to me so that I could solve my anger issues. Taking full control of my own emotions is a much better route because it’s also a way to be able to handle life and to enjoy it more. For emotions happen for a reason, but we need know how to handle it well.

very insightful

Very insightful book on an emotion that i had no understanding off. The author did a great of giving pratical ways in navigating someone else's anger as well as your own!

Anger is a big enemy of your happiness and this is a dangerous situation when you are out of control of your self. This is a useful book to mange you anger and get peaceful happy life. Also you can easily secure your relation and get mind control as well thanks.
