great book overall very helpful can useful in everyday situations it is a really quick listen as well doesn't even require a lot of time.

This is a wonderful guide to anger management affirmations! I love that it is short and to the point! I wish there was a small intro to prepare the first-time reader/listener for the layout of the audio, but other than that, it's excellent!!! I will be listening to this one over & over!
