Outstanding Paranormal Book

This is an outstanding vampire book. Narrator Logan McAllister was fantastic voicing the characters in this book. The book started with the usual vampires against humans, but Ms. Savage made the vampires the good guys and humans the bad guys.The love and devotion between the main characters is beautiful! I highly recommend this book!

Flesh Take on Vampires

Mika is unique to the species and the key to saving the Elder Vampires from a coma-like sleep. Her job is to find a cure by seducing Domonic and stealing it. Guess what happens...she falls in love with him and mayhem ensues. Plenty of bad guys trying to kill them, mostly motivated by Domonic's ex-business partner and psychopath. Will the new dynamic duo conquer the odds, find the cure and love?!? No spoiler here...

Loved It!

I went into this book thinking that I knew exactly what this book would be (probably a cookie cutter PNR erotica vamp/human) but I got so much more! I really loved this book and will definitely get more books by this author. I hope there's more audio.

I really liked the story

I really liked the story. For me personally, I had trouble listening to the narrator for this and found myself thinking it just wasn’t the right voice for the book…? But otherwise, I liked it and was fully entertained. I recommend!

I absolutely loved this one. I enjoyed the characters, the world building, and the entire plot. I would definitely read this author again.

Wonderful, Entertaining Story!

I went into this story thinking it would be like the usual PNR type stories and I'm glad to say I was completely wrong. This story is much more than I was expecting and I'm glad I took a chance on it.
Mika was a complex character who was dealt an interesting hand in life. She was kidnapped as a young child and her rescuing vampire decided to change her. She then learned how to hurt people and defend herself. She takes a job from her father figure and that's where her life turns sideways again. Domonic also was interesting because he's not quite a normal human as Mika wasn't a normal vampire. I enjoyed the two's scenes together. I liked their chemistry and their banter.
The story was entertaining and I had trouble putting the book down (or since it was an audiobook, pausing and removing my headphones). The plot grows and I thought the multiple POV really added to the story and helped amp up the suspense.

This story has steam, violence (including death), SA (not explicit), and vampires. It is told in third person POV, with the perspective moving around and not always staying with one person.

I liked the narrator. He did a good job with all the voices. I listened at 1.3x speed.
