A must have

I absolutely loved this story as some things I honestly felt like an odd ball in life. However this story was one I needed to hear. If you’re in sobriety or dealt with abuse this is one for you. It has everything including the most important lesson,hope…..

Angel Blue is an incredible story!

I finished this book in 4 sessions. It was hard to put it down once I started! I found myself sitting outside in my backyard and processing what I just read after I was done each night. There is so much the author Forrest had gone through in his life even from early childhood that he tells about in his story that is both tragic and miraculous. I suggest to read this book if you had a tough childhood, if you dealt with abuse (sexual and/or physical), if you suffer from PTSD, if you're in a program of recovery, If you don't believe you can be forgiven for something you regret and if you don't relate with anything I just mentioned I still suggest to read it because it's a must read.

Inspiring Read

This is a well written and well read account of Forrest’s traumatic life from childhood to present. Forrest shares not only his horrors, but the people and experiences that helped him come out as a better person. I admire his strength for sharing and candor in his presentation.

Within Our Footsteps

Within our footsteps we can find strength. Your story is profound and heartbreaking, yet you walked thru the fire into the calmness. It’s not an easy feet to survive all that you’ve endured. It was an honor to buy your book, and to buy the audible version too. I believe you will do great things for others in your path… I wish you all the best.

Inspiring and captivating

An inspiring true story that takes the reader into the depths of trauma and despair and winds us through the not-so-clear road to recovery. As a psychologist, I found this account to be well-written and descriptive of trauma and recovery in a way that brings textbook human suffering to life. The book provides thoughtful, real life anecdotes to help overcome difficult circumstances.

I cried, I laughed, and I left feeling inspired and hopeful. Must read!

Awesome book!!!

i loved the book and the performance.

The way the author talkes so openly about his real life experiences and about some very difficult topics is mesmerizing.

It can be a difficult read/listen, but i encourage anyone that has, or knows someone who has had past trauma or hardship to give it a chance.

After listening,
i have grown more hopeful for the future and feel a greater love for those who stood by me and helped me in life.

Thank you Forrest for sharing your story.
