I chose this book because I realized how little I actually knew about Africa’s early civilizations. It opened my eyes to so much. The stories weren’t dry facts—they were full of life, culture, and knowledge that’s been ignored or forgotten. I felt a deep connection to parts of history I never learned in school, and that meant a lot to me.

Great lost stories about Ancient Africa

This audiobook shares stories and history about Ancient Africa. I had never been taught this until I bought this audiobook. I learned a little about the ancient hunters, the Nok civilization, and how they lived their lives in times when we did not have advanced technology. There may be a few things in the bible that I read that are not in this audiobook, as well as in the Book of Mormon. I've seen similar stories on YouTube that discuss this topic, but this audiobook delves deeper than the pyramids of Giza. It’s an interesting story, and the narrator best fits this book.
