If you have all the free time in the world, but no motivation, I can't help you. This book is for those of us on the other end of the spectrum, so enthusiastic about so many projects that we’re constantly stretched thin and nothing finds completion. There’s a cure for that.

What separates the professionals from the amateurs is a systematic approach. That’s what makes the qualitative difference between a hobby and a viable business.

…but you can’t have my system; that’d be weirder than sharing a toothbrush. This book is a guide to developing your own principles and processes, automating your workday, and converting your interests into tangible assets.

This isn’t a book for bedtime. It’s for your morning jog, to prime your mind for conquering productive territory in the day ahead—and we hate jogging, so I kept it short and straight-to-the-point. It's not padded out with repetition to make its spine visible on a shelf. It’s concise enough to listen to in one session, dense enough to be worth a dozen sessions.

Are you gonna keep hiding under the tangled mountain of complications you’ve fabricated, or are you finally ready to put your ego on the line and see what you’re made of?

The checklist chapter alone was worth a million times more than that "Checklist Manifesto" book everyone told me to read. This book is jam-packed full of actionable tips. Fair amount of humor and personality mixed into the writing, too. Definitely going to read this again.
