Dropped Into the Middle
While this is very rich material, I feel like I was dropped into the middle of the lesson. More explanation is needed to make these ideas accessible. The most valuable ideas and summary are way to shallow and brief to apply this knowledge in my life. I feel like I was lead to a banquet of ideas only to be allowed to look instead of taste.

Short but full of wisdom
I think I’ve listened to this a few times and each time I’m surprised by how simple and yet how effective this form of prayer is. After listening the first time I didn’t get it. I expected the words to a prayer but after paying closer attention I realized how simple it truly is but at times hard to do.

A great place to start!
The wonderful Deepak Chopra and Gregg Braden on one audio! Need I say more? This audio speech is a great sampling of Gregg Braden's work, bringing together information from his research and books. However, if you have already read or listened to Gregg's other books, this audio can sound a little repetitive. If you are wondering about Gregg's work, then this is a great place as any to start, hence the five stars.
