Publisher's summary

This is the essential book for those who want to truly understand divided America. Learn the who, how, when, what ,why, and motivation that has, and will continue to, further divide and deepen the uncivil cultural war taking place in our country. Importantly, Minkin's America 2020 plan for bridging and healing our nation is also included.

In his sixth blockbuster book, renowned futurist and world affairs expert Barry H. Minkin uses his uncanny ability to objectively synthesize, summarize, and simplify vast amounts of complex inputs and merge them with unique insights and personal experiences learned during his six decades of speaking and consulting all over the world.

With entertaining, in-your-face directness, Minkin illuminates many issues fair-minded people sense but have trouble articulating. Finally, one book gives you all the facts diversity advocates, universities, mainstream media, and the left-wing are fighting so hard to suppress. At last, the dangerous diversity, progressive, immigration, Islamic, and economics myths and agenda are exposed as are media, government, judicial bias, and corruption.

Unprofessional, partisan-based name calling detracts from what COULD have been a game changing book.

This book has a lot of fantastic and well-researched info, stats, and historical context to the current (sad) state of political and cultural affairs in the USA that will shock and concern a vast majority of Americans - HOWEVER, almost none of it is able to garner the credibility it all deserves in order to rise above the author’s belligerent, hateful and angry tone, and the consistent name calling towards what he calls the “liberal idiot masses” who are destroying our democratic republic from the inside out (I would argue they’re not liberal AT ALL, but rather Marxist-Communists disguising themselves as “woke activists” and democratic socialists).

The “old angry man” tone and personal attacks in the book detract from any potential positive impact the very important facts and stats presented throughout the book could hope to make - such a missed opportunity!

If the author is trying to warn against Americans falling for the “divide & conquer” “social justice” epidemic sweeping the nation (and the globe unfortunately), then he fails miserably due to the fact that he cannot seem to hold back on his personal disdain of anyone who thinks differently from himself (most especially: young people, media, teachers, institutions, the government, students, his own kids, Democrats, “liberals”, random people he passes on the street, etc.)- which is ironic since hating ideas that are different from your own is the cornerstone bedrock of the very wokeness he tries to expose.

That message is buried under a barrage of insults that make all the facts, stats, and actual historical accuracy in the book irrelevant and probably ignored by anyone reading this book who isn’t a staunch Trump supporter.

It’s a shame, because the info given here, if you can get past the immature way it is presented, is truly eye opening and shows just how much of our country has been taken over by woke zombie mobs (my term, not the author’s). Huge disappointment.
