An upbeat approach to doing more with less
Any additional comments?
The authors are so positive and motivated to get their point across that at times I felt I was back on a sports team in middle school. Annette is so upbeat with her can do cheer you on attitude it was almost overwhelming. However, that said I wouldn't have missed the book for a minute and wish I had it when we started out. Filled with solid advice and clear applications for all levels. Their program meets people where they are and offers stages of change. You can start slow, middle of the road or jump into the deep end of changing the way you view and spend money. Really motivating.
