Explains Anna's story before book "1"
I started listening to Cry Wolf first and stopped to listen to this first. It helped me to understand the story better so that I could connect with the characters in Cry Wolf.
One minor annoyance is that between this series and the Mercy Thompson series, the performers pronounce commonly used words differently. Maybe I'm the only one who likes the Mercy series performer better?!

I love the Alpha and Omega series
this series puts a human spin on the legend of lycanthropy and werewolves. it is a story with a damsel in distress and a knight in shining armor. there is action enough in the story, but the focus is on the lives of a man whose occupation forces him to live isolated from everyone except his family, and a young woman who has been brutalized in a way that makes life unbearable and love a seeming impossibility.

Would you listen to Alpha and Omega again? Why?
I most definitely would Patricia Briggs style and character development grabs you from the get go and having Holter Graham as narrator makes it perfection!

The beginning of something beautiful
I short and charming prequel that had enough story to satisfy a full novel. We see Anna's beginnings as a werewolf and how she comes into her own as she discovers her gifts.

Howl at the moon!
What made the experience of listening to Alpha and Omega the most enjoyable?
This book turned the story of Were completely around to show the different structure of werewolf packs and the joy they can reach.
What did you like best about this story?
Anna thought she was just subservient until she found out how powerful she was as an Omega.
Which character – as performed by Holter Graham – was your favorite?
My favorite character in this story was Anna's mate and the way he showed her what her life should and would be like.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I tried to listen to tis book in one sitting, but had to break it up due to other duties.
