Excellent performance and very enjoyable story. The characters were well developed and I enjoyed getting to know them.

This book goes back to Germany and the war and then comes forward. Was very interesting to listen to, because things like this that long ago probably did happen. It is sad the way some lives were torn apart, and yet others were brought together. Loved the book! Kathleen is one of my favorite narrators !!!
