Heart Stopping

Gripping stuff. Short but full of emotion Nicholson’s make it a great listen. His tone is steady but intense. It locks you into that frozen isolation and keeps the suspense taut.

Something different

I don’t usually listen to survival books, but I’m glad I tried this one. It wasn’t just about action, it had a calm pace and a thoughtful story. The faith part added a layer that made it stand out. I liked the way everything unfolded slowly, letting the character grow naturally.

This is a great audiobook, once you start you wont be able to stop. An amazing story of survival, resilience and determination. Short, but not too short that it won't keep the listeners occupied on a 2 hour car journey. Fantastic!

This audiobook pulled me in from the start. The story is exciting and emotional. I really felt for the boy as he tried to survive alone in the wild. His strength, courage, and trust in God were powerful. The narrator did a great job bringing the story to life. It kept me listening and hoping right until the end. It’s a great mix of adventure and inspiration. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys survival stories with a deeper message.

From the beginning this audiobook brings you in. Aidan's story is horrible but wonderful and his character relatable and lovable. I love the themes and how a tragic accident shapes him and how he experiences the world. It's almost a gift that it's inspiring to anyone with any challenge.

This was a fun short listen about a boy's adventure after his plane crashes in the Alaska Wilderness. The main character is stranded, alone, and soon befriends an eagle to offer guidance. Being trapped in such a cold environment, he has to act quickly, finding food and shelter as soon as possible. It gives off vibes of The Hatchet and other survival stories.
