Story
Twenty-year-old Violet Sorrengail was supposed to enter the Scribe Quadrant, living a quiet life among books and history. Now, the commanding general—also known as her tough-as-talons mother—has ordered Violet to join the hundreds of candidates striving to become the elite of Navarre: dragon riders. But when you’re smaller than everyone else and your body is brittle, death is only a heartbeat away...because dragons don’t bond to “fragile” humans. They incinerate them.

For a thousand years the Lord Ruler, the "Sliver of Infinity," reigned with absolute power and ultimate terror, divinely invincible. Publisher's summary
The blockbuster co-writing debut of Amanda Foody and Christine Lynn Herman, All of Us Villains begins a dark tale of ambition and magick....
You fell in love with the victors of The Hunger Games. Now, prepare to meet the villains of the Blood Veil.
The Blood Moon rises. The Blood Veil falls. The Tournament begins.
Every generation, at the coming of the Blood Moon, seven families in the remote city of Ilvernath each name a champion to compete in a tournament to the death.
The prize? Exclusive control over a secret wellspring of high magick, the most powerful resource in the world - one thought long depleted.
This year, thanks to a salacious tell-all book, the seven champions are thrust into worldwide spotlight, granting each of them new information, new means to win, and most importantly, a choice: Accept their fate or rewrite their story.
But this is a story that must be penned in blood.

Warning, DO NOT USE A CREDIT ON THIS BOOK!
Warning, do not use a credit on this book, a chapter repeats itself and some chapters are out of order or missing. I emailed customer service about it but got no solution that worked to fix the problem. REVIEW- I really wanted to like this book but something about the ending felt unfinished. Idk if it’s because the audio book chapters were out of order. But, overall the book was okay.

Chapters are messed up
So one chapter repeats itself and towards the end one of gavins is out of order. Otherwise the story/book was good. Sometimes a bit slow or too on the nose, not enough showing/reading between the lines. I also felt like the love connection was a bit forced. I liked it but would have liked it more if it came a bit more gradually. It does have a cliff hanger ending FYI.

Chapters out of order
I noticed going from chapter 22 to 23 there is a big gap in the story like a chapter was skipped. Very frustrating and confusing.
There is a lot if storylines within the book so it can take a while to get fully invested but it is a very good story.

The Hunger Games meets Harry Potter
This is the first book that has really got me hooked in a while! I couldn’t stop listening! The story is exciting and will leave you wanting more. The authors do a great job of setting up the world and the characters back stories. It’s hard to pick a favorite or least favorite champion because they all are a mix good and evil.
They also throw in love stories, sibling rivalry, and more! Warning the book ends on a cliff hanger!! I can’t wait for the next book!

Hunger Games Meets Harry Potter
Very unique and entertaining. A dark tale of magic and murder. Seven champions are chosen from seven families to compete in a tournament to the death, the prize: control over high magic. But, the stakes are higher than that this time around. You'll follow a cast of characters as they fight, ally, betray, and kill each other...until the cliffhanger ending! Can't wait for the next book!

Story
The Renegades are a syndicate of prodigies—humans with extraordinary abilities—who emerged from the ruins of a crumbled society and established peace and order where chaos reigned. As champions of justice, they remain a symbol of hope and courage to everyone...except the villains they once overthrew. Nova has a reason to hate the Renegades, and she is on a mission for vengeance. As she gets closer to her target, she meets Adrian, a Renegade boy who believes in justice—and in Nova. But Nova's allegiance is to a villain who has the power to end them both.
