Are you looking for natural, holistic self-care products? Did you know you can make most of them yourself?
In my book, All Natural & Organic Body & Skincare Recipes, I will teach you Over 100 All Natural, Safe Treatments for your hair, skin, and nails.
To begin, I will walk you through a step-by-step explanation of how your nails, hair, and skin works. You might be surprised to find that these anatomical components are remarkably similar in structure and functionality. Understanding their significance and roles will help you appreciate them and choose unique personal care products.
In this book, you’ll learn:
- How to identify the natural ingredients in your products
- The reason we use natural ingredients
- How to make natural hair care, body care, and skincare products
- How to make natural nail care products
- 101 unique, homemade, self care recipes
Suppose you have a difficult-to-manage skin, nail, or hair condition, or you know a relative, best friend, or colleague who does. In that case, this book will be a lifesaver. It will also come in handy if you are a mom or dad struggling to find affordable, natural products for your children’s skin, hair, and nails. Likewise, if you are a man or husband who wishes to express your care for your spouse, this book is a must-have.
In truth, no one is left behind. Whether you are looking for natural ingredients for personal care or a natural product enthusiast, this book is a comprehensive resource that is jam-packed with useful information and practical tips. It’s a wonderful addition to your home library as well because it’s filled with expert advice for your daily self-care routine. What’s more? The recipes are simple to prepare and apply.
Here is a sample of one of my personal favorite recipes in my book.
★DIY Bronzer★

- 2 teaspoons of arrowroot powder
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
- 15 drops of rosemary or lavender essential oil
Process
1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until consistent. Adjust the ingredients to your preference.
2. Transfer the mixture into a bronzer container.
3. Apply with a brush or fingers as desired. Wash off with a homemade, natural facial cleanser. Keep in a cool, dry place.
Once you finish the book, pick at least one recipe and give it a try, I know you will LOVE it.
