Hunters,witches,shifters,and more
The book moves at a steady pace. I don't want to give spoilers but there's alot going on here. Steamy scene early on, didn't care for the male narrative for that part. It may have been more the way in the beginning he acted like a jerk which was how it was meant. I didn't care for narration at first but it grew on more or got better as the book progressed. I'll continue the series.

Fun series so far
I'm really digging the series so far. It's definitely not what I expected for women over 40 paranormal fiction. It's not nearly as boring as I was afraid the genre would be. I like the friends in these stories. It's more slow burn than spicy and I am okay with that

Okay
I received this book for a review. This book is okay. It’s listenable. The narrator talks really fast through half of it. Also the first word of every sentence is emphasized for the first few chapters. There also is not a clear transition from character to character. The book itself.. there is a lot going on, but I couldn’t get into it.
